WEDDING

ABOVE Shower frame. Now if we could just find a curtain.

Fire bowl
We had much fun getting it set up and playing with the fire to keep it burning -- (I had the most fun playing with the logs).

World Harvest gift
They dropped off unused bread from a "gathering"

Shower rods
Finally got hung, as they never would have without Mike's knowledge and ability. He successfully measured to get to the studs (through two ceilings -- why a 3" nail had previously failed to penetrate), and we got 4" screws to secure the frame. It should not come out.

Choir rehearsal
Bexley afterwards. MDG are home, D will be leaving to go back up to the lake on Sunday (Saturday if he can't stand Columbus any longer).

Walked to work
A pleasant walk, 45 minutes across downtown.

We picked up Amy's car after work.

A less wonderful evening
Amy's car needed repairs and we had to get it to Byers Dublin. It was an unpleasant night.

ABOVE Chinese lanterns. I'll get in a picture before the squirrels destroy them all, hoping for nuts.

A wonderful evening
A good dinner, playing the piano, working at the computer across the table from Amy as she prepares lessons. It was very peaceful and right.

ABOVE Plumbago. Of the perennial groundcover persuasion.

Tour meeting
Runs into extra innings
