attended services at St. Mary's in German Village. With so much
incense, they actually opened a window for air.

Deadline

So I made it over
in time to put together the front page.
Jury
duty
No juries. One
of the magistrates spoke briefly in the afternoon.
Went

The Joseph P. Kinneary United States Courthouse. Long
Street and Civic Center Boulevard downtown. Not the courthouse
where I was serving jury duty this week -- that would be the
Franklin County Municipal Courts Building, which sits next to
the Franklin County Courthouse and that next to the Franklin
County Hall of Justice.
The
Verdict
Back to the office
after we were allowed to leave the courthouse, where we had
to finish publishing the Verdict. Columbus top lawyers as voted
by their peers. I had to come up with a cover from the jury
room -- thus I managed to get Janet out to the Federal Courthouse
above to shoot the frieze on the south facade.
Back
to jury duty
And more waiting.
But we got to hear County Auditor Joe Testa speak.
