Grinders while Amy went to Yoga. They gave me the wrong sandwiches

Bush visited the National Renewable Energy Laboratory here Tuesday
to promote his plan to increase cleaner-burning, domestic sources
of energy. The appearance came one day after the administration moved
to defuse tensions over job cuts at the lab.
The
32 layoffs this month included eight researchers working on many of
the alternative forms of energy Bush came here to champion. But on
Monday, Energy Secretary Samuel W. Bodman announced that $5 million
would be transferred from another government account to bring the
workers back -- and avoid an untimely political embarrassment for
Bush.

On
Bryden Road: The former home of neon artist Ann Dewald. She
passed away a couple of years ago and left the house to her daughter,
who lives in New York. The home remains empty except for (some quite
large) neon sculptures, which light the street with a beautiful glow
every night.

great-granddaughter of some early owners of this home noticed that
I had other photos from Olde Towne East and Bryden Road posted on
